At Saalcart, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • COD orders are processed only after order verification via call/WhatsApp.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Additional COD handling charges may apply.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Delivery Policy

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • Saalcart is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability.

Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

  • Orders returned due to customer unavailability or refusal may not be eligible for re-shipping.
  • Repeated RTO orders may lead to restriction of COD service.

Damaged Package at Delivery

  • If the package appears damaged, we recommend:
    • Recording an unboxing video
    • Reporting the issue within 48 hours
